Try reading the update notes for when it was nerfed and try reading this thread for the reason why it was nerfed.

I know this is an old thread but I have a question( I been lookin everywhere for a W/R build with proph skills and that the skills are skills that I have) so I must ask this. Is this a good build for PvE or should I keep lookin for more
